Returns & Exchange Policy
At Luxero, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your sunglasses, we’re here to help.
Returns / Change of Mind:
If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Please note: Return delivery charges (~Rs. 500) will be borne by the customer.
Damaged Item on Arrival:
If your Luxero Sunglasses arrive damaged (not due to misuse), we’ll replace them free of charge. Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
